Rielasingen-Worblingen
Mayor Ralf Baumert and Viktor Neumann, commander of the fire department, visited the installation work in person. They were shown the first installation site at the Hardberghalle and the technology was explained to them.
Florian Hartmann from the Rielasingen-Worblingen fire department worked with great dedication and commitment to install the sirens, planned them and supervised the installation on site. Now the population of Rielasingen-Worblingen can be warned in the event of a disaster. The four locations at the Hardberghalle, the Hebel and Scheffel schools and the building yard ensure optimal coverage for the entire municipality.
"There will now be a test alarm once a quarter," says Ilmo Gleim, who is responsible for public relations at the Rielasingen-Worblingen fire department. On the one hand to test the system for functionality and on the other to sensitize the population to the signals. The dates for the test alarms are published in advance on the fire department's social media portals, its homepage www.ff-rielasingen-worblingen.de and in the local newspapers. Here, the public can also find information on what the individual signals mean and how they should behave in an emergency.
There are basically three signals: Warning: 1-minute rising and falling wailing tone. All-clear: 1 minute continuous tone and fire alarm: continuous tone 3 x 15 seconds, interruption 2 x 7 seconds
